Prayer is my steering wheel and my tried & tested tire 02.27.17
When I cross the bridge of uncertainty And the valley of fear and sorrow And the path seems so narrow The alley has spikes and snakes Seems no light at the road's end I will bend my knees And vow my head Whisper a prayer, my steering wheel. It is my compass, my roadmap Though the mountain is so foggy And the hill is so rocky And the clouds appear so dark And my tires become insignificant I will spread my arms Lift my head to the sky Whisper a prayer, my tried and tested tire. And the bridge became certain The valley rejoiced with blissfulness And the path widened its road The alley has grasses and roses There's a light in the road's tunnel When I bended my knees And vowed my head There was an answered prayer. My precise compass, my accurate map And the mountain's path was so clear The hill was so lovely Blue sky in a wonderful day Tires and wheels, perhaps useless in my journey Just faith and a whisper, needless to say Will lead you in your destination, with a gratefu
