Goodnight Neverland (To Wendy from Peter's fan) 2007

Mapping on a child's mind
With no boundaries at all
And can see anything, anyone,
beyond belief
This place is more or less an island
Where mermaid's lagoon just offshore.

Situated on "second star to the right
And straight on till morning"
Metaphor for eternal childhood and escapism
Can be reached only by flight
But may try as well thru daydreaming.

I fall out from the pram
Not claimed by any in seven days
Picked up by the fairy, flown to this land
Fairies welcomed me by swarm
While half-fishes combed their hair in a lazy way.

Stars in the firmament are shining
Watchful and beautiful
But living sadly and in strange existence
While the young ones are playful, believing
Spread my arms to become wonderful.

Through the lonely nights I see you
In the nursery of broken dreams and hearts
Wishing thru Air Castle to reach the arch of sky
Flying above the sea of blue
Curiousity over innocence, young heart sprouts.

We will wander and wander over this land
Hug me tight as you have no pixie dust
Fly with me, with my happy thoughts
Trust is eternity in holding my hand
I thank Creator for this wanderlust.

I fly with you beyond the horizon
To your comfort I would bring you back
When high emotions subside in tranquility
Still my heart beats in a rapid motion
Perhaps my memories could defeat the God's clock.

O beautiful land, home of a childhood's dream
Where my heart plays forever as a child
Grant the Lost Boys yell for an overtime
Disseminate love thru the moonlight's beam
Tame the beasts in the forest and all the wilds.

Goodnight Neverland, O baby sleep tight
Feel the inner peace, embrace the serenity
In this place of glee and forevermore
Invisible to the human sight
Far from the men's world of cruelty.
