Retreat-melancholia 12.15.18
Choosing a path between sweet sentimentality and heartbreaking empathy
while bubbling with ignited storytelling about life’s fast speed
but the daydreams of childhood suddenly replaced by sad recent reality
and seeing yourself drowning in your own flood that you have made
by drinking burning liquor and smoking and inhaling vaporized weed
Reaching million stars then from appealing shade yet forgotten and fade.
You forgot your lineage and the happy memories for you forgot to live
Living alone in a poignant nook as a dark and gloomy soul
So occupied then and enjoying your wicked vices, both somehow interweave
She left you along with your brood, along with your dream
Your castle in the sky crumbled like a shattered wall
Forlorn and abandoned in a secluded quarter full of scream.
Then you woke up from a lurid nightmare and deranged delusions
And you thank Him for a second chance and wept remorse
You gathered the tiny pieces of your crumbled vision
In a foresight you see your wife and kids greeted you with open arms
Feeling better and even best for you came from your worst
And you thank Him despite your blunders you feel no harm –
After all it is not too late you can back from the start…
