Kill me little, everyday
This is the number one enemy of the employees in the
Corporate World and even in our daily breathing outside job. It initiates the building up of unwanted
misery in your life. Regardless of
position, the pain strike to every employee from anywhere, needless to say like
a blitzkrieg in a war zone, and like saturated fats accumulating and escalating
in your blood, clogging the veins which hardly accommodates and transmits
oxygen to your heart and brain. You’ll be attacked and suffocated little by
little, everyday by this thing called S-T-R-E-S-S.
As time goes by, you will find yourself in a hole - where no
one could help you but only you.
So, stop digging to bury yourself, as an ounce of prevention
is better than the pounds of cure.
Here are some reminders to defeat this number one enemy in
our work and in our life.
1. Always think positive, negates negative –
Positive outlook in life could help you beat the fear in your mind and will guide you to do the ‘right’ thing. Positive thinking attracts positive
happenings.
2. Don’t take your life so seriously –
The more happy- go –lucky guy you are, the
lower the stress and disappointments.
You can do this while maintaining your existence of being responsible,
believe me. Just enjoy every minute of
your life with your loved ones and friends.
3. Free your mind from failure, everyone fails
anyway –
It is okay to fall, just learn to rise with
grace."I saw my boss last night, he was tripped on the floor, he just
laughed, it’s already happened anyway."
4. Don’t confine yourself in a dark room, Turn on
your ‘light’ –
Clear mind walks in a bright path and decides
with proper disposition. Look for the illuminating
side, you can’t walk properly with your eyes closed and ‘lights’ turned off.
5. Always trust God, keep your faith burning –
Above all, this is the absolute and supreme
remedy.
As I mentioned on the above- statement, you could help
yourself to prevent the stressful life, and primarily, by your unceasing faith
to God.
Live a stress-free life.
